On December 5,2011 I was in a car accident in my E320 that i bought from European Auto house five years ago. Experience was excellent then!!!! I was told my car was totalled. On my previous Mercedes I had 207,000 miles. I jumped on line looked for a car at the Auto house, this time around I have some credit challenges. By Friday Decemeber 16,2011 I am now in my 2008 E350!!!! All the staff there are Great Cars are reaible and I will continue to purchase all my cars from European Auto House!!!! Thank you

I found the men working there to be enjoyable with good personalities and Michael was fun to negotiate with. I bought a Bentley Azure and they brought it to my mechanic and allowed him to give it a totaly physical. I previously had three other Azure autos checked and two had bent frames and one has several other issues. This was the car for me - so cal car and cared for from a respectable dealer. They keep their place neat and clean which I appreciate. I recommend to always have high end cars checked out by a qualified mechanic. Feel free to ask them to allow you to call me if you want any more information. I am enjoying this fine work of art. Life is good and so are they.

Ok..this is not a commercial and I'm not being paid for these words. I just drove off in my new Mercedes Benz. Others said no, not European Auto House, not only did they get a yes for me, they fought for me, got a yes and before the week was out, they called me to pick up my car. It was all polished up and ready to go when I returned to the lot and delivered to me with a smile... as a matter of fact, all of us were smiling... they were as happy for me as I was. The service was great, in case you can't tell, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and skilled in their field. They care! If you want or need a car...got bad credit and/or been turned down by others, try European Auto House like I did. Okay... I know a "straight-shooter" when I meet one (or three) and that's what you get with Michael, Von, and Andy at the European Auto House. I've been in sales for over 12 years. These cars with their low price tags sell themselves. Truly. Expect these gentlemen to look you in the eye and say..."Okay (your name here), I'm about to tell you EXACTLY what we know about this vehicle." I took the 2004 Volvo C70 I was interested in to my trusted mechanic of over 8 years (yes, EAH has nothing to hide) and my mechanic told me VERBATIM what Michael told me. This was refreshing and made me feel lucky that I was dealing with good people. Aside from being really nice guys with great personalities, these guys know what it means to run a high-caliber business. You feel that your interests are at heart at EAH and with their superb access to financing at great rates, they will literally have you on the road with your new car in under 45 minutes!! No waiting 4+ hours for paperwork to be done here (thanks Andy!) I appreciate good business when I see it and European Auto House will give you a luxury car at an extremely competitive price. Period. I highly recommend buying a car from European. I called him up one day letting him know what kind of car I wanted and the next week he called me back himself to let me know he had found me a car. I go into his store and the car was even better than I asked for. He was soo nice and polite! I had such a great experience buying a car from them that when my brother and mother wanted to buy their cars, I told them about European and what great service they had provided me. The next week they had also both bought cars from them and had the same feedback. If I ever need another car, guess who I am going to go back to? You got it... European Auto House!!!

In my encounter in buying pre-owned cars I seldom give 5 stars to just anyone. But this being my third time buying my car from them. I have to admit they earn it 110%. Tony and Andy were very professional and really worked with me on my trade in and price. And thanks to Michael! He got me the best rate and terms that I can afford. Michael was very professional and took care of all my concern. Me my wife and children are very happy with thier services. I would recommend Europeanauto House. Thank you guys!

I had already done my online research and knew the parameters of the car I wanted. I was trading in a recently purchased 2004 CLK 500 that was in much rougher condition than I had realized at the time of purchase from a private party. I had a pretty good idea of the trade in value and was prepared to take the loss. They were more generous than they needed to be. The entire experience was one of ease. No pressure. I test drove the car twice. Once we shook on the deal, the paperwork was quick. I left with a great car I won't have to worry about for a long time that I am absolutely in love with and the knowledge that the price was more than fair. Generously so. If you are in the market for a used car in great shape that is within their inventory, I highly recommend them as the place you go. Chances are, you will then happily spend the rest of day driving your new-to-you beauty. Cameron, Andy and Mike - thanks for my best car purchase experience ever!

I would like to open with WOW!!! the guys at European Auto House are truly great Gentlemen, Michael, Cameron and Tony are by far the best people that I have ever done business with. Normally people fear going to dealers both due to the great amount of time that needs to be spent and honestly the sales and finance people are normally not that great to begin with. However, over at European Auto House Michael and Cameron took great care of us making the sales and finance experience a very pleasant one. We got both a great price and a great rate on our loan for our Mercedes SL500. During the sales process Cameron was great with the test Drive and Michael took care of all of our concerns regarding the trade in, price and finance rate. One of the best things was their patience in allowing me to take the car that I wanted to buy to my mechanic for a full inspection in order for me to be comfortable with the purchase. We came in on a Sunday to see the car that I wanted and on Monday Morning Michael send out Tony to my Mechanic (45 miles away from their dealer) to inspect the car. Needless to say the car was in great shape and as expected my mechanic recommended the buy. That my friends is a level of honesty and trust that you do not find any more anywhere even less on dealers, however at European Auto House Trust is part of the business, that is why I will recommend these gentlemen to anyone that is looking for a great price and a great deal on high end cars. My sincere thanks to Michael, Cameron and Tony.

The two gentlemen who helped us out were incredibly nice! You will not run into the sleezy type of used car people here. Very respectable dealership. They had the sickest lambo there. We bought my sister a car (acura tl) in great shape. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you are looking for a Mercedes or BMW ! Maybe one day ill go back for the lambo!

Searching for cars was not something I like doing every 5 years. But going from dealership to dealerships for over 3 months can give you a REAL headache. Until! Lo and Behold, I came across a dealership in La Cienega called European Auto house. To my surprise, they not only had the White E350 model I was searching for but 10 other E350's. I was going to give up and Purchase from Beverly Hills Mercedes until i found out that I was not just getting a Price that was $6000 lower than Mr Mercedes Benz dealership but a impeccable car that is low miles with all the amenities a person wants in a luxury vehicle. The Sales staff Ryan/Andy were very friendly, knowledgeable and non-pushy showing me every spec and whim of the vehicle. Michael, the Finance Manager was very Profession and Witty in his line of work. He Negotiated my rate and got me a Payment I was comfortable to afford. I would recommend European Auto house to all my friends and relatives. Thank you guys!

Definitely in the hood and on a busy street near Kaiser Cadillac. Don't worry though cuz that's where you get deals! It is a small dealership next to a bigger one next door, but this place has some good cars for low prices. I was going to buy an Acura TL but changed my mind. Some of the paint had too many knicks for my taste, but other people may have not minded because the price more than compensated for the high mileage and minor blemishes. The salesman, Andy Tan was nice and not too pushy. Most of their cars are purchased at auctions I think, so you might want to get a mechanic to check out the car prior to sale. My impression though, was that they were not a shady dealership.!

I bought a few cars from this dealership. The manager is pretty cool, he get it done with like minimal money down, the two cars i bought, i only need like $1000 down and both of them mercedes benz, so yah, if you looking to get a luxury car for cheap price, go find the internet manager, he'll hook you up.

In September 2004, I searched for an S430 Benz. I walked into several dealerships on LaCienega Blvd. One dealer was rude, the other completely ignored me. When I walked into European Autohouse, I was met by Michael, the Finance Mgr. He was completely professional and no games. I purchased the car and was very happy with the service I received. There were a couple of very minor mechanical things discovered during the purchase. Michael was more than accomodating and got everything taken care of. Fast forward to May 8, 2008. I began looking for an upgrade. I knew I wanted a S550 Benz. I went to Michael and told him what I wanted. Within a few days he found exactly what I was looking for. Once again, I was very satisfied with the service. I have referred several friends to Michael. Their purchase experience was the same as mine. I will not shop anywhere else for a great car, a great deal and outstanding service. I highly recommend at least going in and taking a look.

I PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM TWO WEEKS AGO. THEY GAVE ME A VERY GOOD DEAL, THE SALES MEN WAS VERY PROFESSINAL, MICHAEL AT FINANCE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AND GOT ME A LOWER INTEREST RATE THAN I EXPECTED. I BELIVE I GOT A GREAT MERCEDES FROM THEM AND UNSUALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH A USED CAR DEALER. I WOULD GO BACK TO THEM AND I WOULD DEFENTLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE I KNOW TO THEM. I GIVE THEM 4 STAR RATING BECAUSE I NEVER GIVE ANYONE 5 STAR.
